Our seminars are divided into two parts: How to Have an Amazing Birth and How to Thrive After Birth. From the moment a woman feels her first contraction through settling into a new normal around three months postpartum, we come alongside families to prepare them physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Through biblically grounded teaching, hands-on instruction, and meaningful encouragement, fear of the unknown is replaced with confidence and peace. Couples receive extensive resources, in-person guidance, hands-on learning, intentional Q&A, and immediate feedback as they practice comfort measures, relaxation techniques, breastfeeding positions, and baby-soothing skills.
Dara Aldy, CD, Heidi Meythaler, CD, CLE, and Dennis Aldy co-teach this five-hour class focused on equipping couples with the tools needed for an amazing birth experience. Couples learn optimal labor positions, comfort measures, and relaxation techniques that support a calm and peaceful labor, rooted in trust in God’s design.Dennis speaks directly to fathers, casting vision for their God-given role as servant leaders during pregnancy and labor. Men are encouraged to love, protect, and support their wives with strength, presence, and compassion. This class equips both mothers and fathers to approach natural labor and birth with confidence, unity, and faith.
